§ 03 — Media enquiries
What we can talk about, and what we cannot.
Stated up front rather than discovered halfway through a call, so nobody wastes a deadline on it.
Subjects we comment on
- How stolen funds move on-chain, and what makes a case traceable or hopeless
- How freeze requests to exchanges and stablecoin issuers actually work, and the timelines they run on
- Recovery fraud: how advance-fee schemes imitate firms like this one, and what the FBI's IC3 advisories describe
- Our own published figures, and how each is measured
Subjects we decline
- Client cases. A case is discussed publicly only where the affected party has agreed to it in writing, which is why one case is named on this site and not twenty.
- Commercial terms. They are fixed in the engagement agreement, and no version of them is published here or given over the phone.
- Anything about an ongoing investigation, including whether a particular company is a client.
Enquiries: [email protected] · +971 56 182 9077. Named spokesperson: Taras Podhorodetskyi, founder and CEO. For the registry record behind the company — licence, register entries and confirmed partners — see our credentials.
One warning worth printing next to any contact details: people impersonate recovery firms, including this one. We do not cold-message people who have been defrauded, we are not affiliated with any government agency, and no agency refers cases to us. If someone approaches you in our name, check it against the ten checks on our verification page before you answer them.
Disclaimer. Every link on this page was opened and read on 1 September 2026. They point at websites we do not control, and their contents can change or disappear without our knowledge. Interviews and partner announcements record what was said at the time; they are not independent verification of the figures quoted in them, and this page does not present them as such.
